Booking terms & cancellation policy

1. Booking & payment

A booking is confirmed once payment is completed. Slots are held for 30 minutes during checkout; unpaid holds are released automatically. Prices shown at checkout are final and inclusive of everything in the selected package and add-ons.

2. Access to the property

You are responsible for arranging access at the booked time (keys, lockbox, or someone on site) and, where the property is tenanted, for informing the occupants. If our photographer cannot access the property within 30 minutes of the booked time, the session is treated as a no-show and the full fee applies.

3. Rescheduling

You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time from your dashboard. Within 24 hours, please contact us — we'll do our best to accommodate, but a rescheduling fee may apply.

4. Cancellation & refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Loyalty points used on a refunded booking are returned; points earned on it are reversed.

5. Deliverables & usage

Edited media is typically delivered within 2–3 working days. Delivered media is licensed to you for marketing the photographed property; Straitshome retains the right to use anonymised material for portfolio purposes unless you ask us not to.

6. Weather & circumstances beyond control

Where weather or building restrictions prevent parts of a shoot (e.g. exterior drone work), we'll complete what is possible and arrange a follow-up for the remainder at no extra charge.

7. Personal data

We collect only what's needed to deliver the service (contact details, property address, CEA registration where applicable) and handle it in line with Singapore's PDPA. Contact booking@straitshome.com for data requests.
