We collect only what is needed to book and deliver a shoot: your name, email, phone, property address, and — for agents — CEA registration, agency and division. Payment is processed by HitPay; we store payment status and amounts, not full card numbers.
Contact and property details are used to confirm the booking, notify the photographer, issue invoices, and send reminders. We do not sell personal data.
We share data with the processors required to run the service: SimplyBook (calendar hold), HitPay (payment), ClickUp (job tracking), email delivery, and Google Drive / Wasabi for media. Each is used only for that purpose.
Booking, invoice and media records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the shoot and meet accounting obligations, then archived or deleted on request where the law allows.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact booking@straitshome.com. We handle requests in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
