How credit works
How long is credit valid?
1 year from each top-up. Every top-up (and its bonus) gets its own 1-year clock, and we email you a reminder before anything expires.
Which credit gets used first?
Always the oldest — credit closest to expiry is spent first, automatically, so nothing goes to waste.
What can I spend it on?
Any booking, in full. There's no per-booking cap — if your balance covers the shoot, you pay nothing at checkout.
Can I transfer credit to someone else?
No — credit is tied to your account and non-transferable.
What about refunds?
Top-up amounts are refundable per our booking terms; bonus credit is a gift and non-refundable. If we cancel a paid shoot, the money returns to your wallet as fresh credit.
