How long is credit valid?

1 year. We’ll email you a reminder before it expires, and your wallet highlights any credit expiring soon.

Which credit gets used first?

Always the oldest — credit closest to expiry is spent first, automatically, so nothing goes to waste.

What can I spend it on?

Any booking, in full. There's no per-booking cap — if your balance covers the shoot, you pay nothing at checkout.

Can I transfer credit to someone else?

No — credit is tied to your account and non-transferable.

What about refunds?
